Chartres Labyrinth Tours

Chartres Labyrinth Tours offers a unique journey to the labyrinth at Chartres Cathedral. Tour topics include sacred geometry, hidden symbolism, Black Virgins, the Green Man, Rose Windows, and the summer solstice.

Pilgirms have been walking this winding path for over 800 years. Built around 1200 AD, the Chartres labyrinth is called "The Road to Jerusalem," denoting both the Holy Land on Earth, and the Celestial City in Heaven. Walking the labyrinth is considered both a physical and spiritual journey, a truly unique path of meditation. Join us and see for yourself.

Chartres Labyrinth Tours 2008 season:

• Fridays Only 
• February 15 - October 31
• Closed March 21 and September 19

Chartres Labyrinth Tours leave from Gare Montparnasse in Paris Friday mornings at 9:30. Tour participants should plan to arrive at 9:00 to allow time to purchase tickets. Meet on platform at 9:15. The guide will be carying Chartres Labyrinth picture.

• Train ride from Paris to Chartres takes one hour
• 50 Euros per person
